A small group is a good set­ting for an enjoy­able and infor­ma­tive intro­duc­tion to the Alexan­der Tech­nique.  I have given pre­sen­ta­tions on the Alexan­der Tech­nique  in a wide vari­ety of places, from schools, work­places and pro­fes­sional orga­ni­za­tions to small infor­mal groups.
